Scheduling Changes

This past weekends feature events will be made up September 20th. The WKA Nationals will be taking place on the weekend of the 23rd and to accommodate all of our racers attending, we will move this race up one week! In the coming weeks scheduling details regarding the 3rd Annual East End Shootout will be made, with hopes we can top 40 entries we had last year, start to make plans for the beginning of October!

Riverhead Raceway to host WKA Rage Karts Series Finale in '09

As announced at our weekly driver's meeting this past weekend, the WKA Rage Kart Speedway Pavement Series will finally make its long awaited debut at Riverhead Raceway next year. This national event has been in the works for years, and with our strong kart count during this tough economic times, that was a big deciding factor in this event. The event will take place October 9-11, the Columbus Holiday weekend, with a practice day on Friday, and national event racing both Saturday and Sunday! From the entire EEKR board, we thank you the karter's for helping get Long Island it's first National event EVER!
